Missouri: Caucus Hosts Annual Sportsmen’s Breakfast

By Joel Hodgdon Central Midwestern States Coordinator

On March 15, members of the bipartisan and bicameral Missouri Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus gathered with the state’s sportsmen’s community for its annual breakfast at the Capitol.

“This breakfast, and all of our annual Caucus events, gives us as sportsmen-legislators a great opportunity to connect with our fellow hunters and anglers,” said Caucus Co-Chair Senator Dave Schatz. “Our Caucus has an important role to play in protecting and advancing hunting and fishing here in Missouri.”

The breakfast was sponsored by the National Wild Turkey Federation and Pheasants Forever/Quail Forever.

Later this spring, the Missouri Caucus plans to host its annual clays competition and luncheon. For information on sponsorship opportunities, please contact CSF’s Central Midwestern States Coordinator Joel Hodgdon.
