The Changing of the Guard Reception and Dinner event is held in Washington, DC at the beginning of each incoming Congress. The 2015 event welcomes the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus leadership of the 114th Congress, and honors the outgoing leadership from the 113th Congress.
