On January 9, the Senate passed S. 3051, the America’s Conservation Enhancement (ACE) Act, by amending the bill into H.R. 925, which passed the House in late November.
The prioritization and swift passage of this strong bipartisan legislation as currently written by the House of Representatives is critically important to ensuring H.R. 925, the ACE Act, is signed into law.
