CSF Board Member Phil Morlock Receives Canadian Sportfishing Industry Award

During the recent Toronto Sportsmen’s Show, Phil Morlock of Shimano was presented with the President’s Award, one of the top honors from the Canadian Sportfishing Industry Association (CSIA).

Morlock serves as Shimano’s Vice President of Government Affairs and Advocacy, and serves as a Board Member for the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation. Also an Honorary Member of Canada’s Parliamentary Outdoor Caucus, he has worked closely with the sportsmen’s community to advance recreational fishing and conservation in Canada.

Morlock also worked closely with CSIA, which represents the manufacturers, distributors, retailers and sales agencies which serve the 8 million Canadians who fish as an outdoor heritage activity.
