Christian Ragosta joined the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) in July of 2024, and serves as the Assistant Manager for the Northeastern States. Christian works closely with the state legislative and gubernatorial sportsmen’s caucus members and their advisory councils in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Christian comes to CSF from the RV Industry Association (RVIA) where he tracked and engaged on legislation which would impact outdoor recreation, access, and industry-specific manufacturing issues. During that time, he was also Co-Chair of the State Committee for the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable (ORR) to help facilitate private/public partnerships in growing the outdoor recreation economy.
Prior to working with RVIA, Christian spent eight years with the National Rifle Association (NRA), leaving as their Manager of Political and Legislative Activities. In this role Christian made it possible for members to correspond with their elected officials on Second Amendment and hunting policies.
Christian grew up hunting and fishing in Central New York and counts upland game as one of his favorite pursuits with the family dog. Proud of leading an initiative at the NRA to get field staff certified in range safety, Christian is also an avid target shooter and enjoys shooting clay pigeons for both fun and training to be a better hunter.
