Marie joined the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) in October of 2023 and serves as the Manager, Western States. Based in Eastern Washington, Marie works closely with the state legislative and gubernatorial sportsmen’s caucus members in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington.
Marie comes to CSF from the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council. There she led the organization’s legislative, commission, and governmental outreach efforts. Marie currently serves as Vice President of the Oregon Sportsmen’s Conservation Partnership, and Co-Chair of the Washington Fish and Wildlife Conservation Partnership. She is also a member of the following WDFW Advisory Groups: Wolf Advisory Group (WAG), Washington Diversity Advisory Council (WDAC), and Budget and Policy Advisory Group (BPAG).
Prior to joining the team at the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council, Marie owned a taxidermy shop where she helped hunters and anglers preserve their favorite memories from the field.
Marie grew up in the Pacific Northwest where her family shared their passion for the outdoors. Every spare moment was (and still is) spent hunting, fishing, hiking, foraging, kayaking, swimming, target shooting, and camping.
