Alyssa Gay is a strategic communications leader with more than eight years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through innovative marketing, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
A Florida native, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Telecommunications.
Alyssa is the founder and CEO of Honeycomb Creative, a nationally recognized marketing and creative agency. Under her leadership, the firm has served more than 45 clients, including campaigns that successfully championed Florida’s Amendment Two, the Right to Fish and Hunt, and a former Chairman of Florida’s Sportsmen’s Caucus. She has built and led a team of more than a dozen professionals, driving measurable results for clients and earning multiple American Advertising Federation honors, including an AMY Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Branding.
Her commitment to conservation and community leadership extends well beyond her professional career. Alyssa serves on her local Environmental Lands Management and Acquisition Committee, advising on the stewardship of environmentally sensitive lands. She is also a board member of All Florida, which advocates for conservation policy and education throughout the state. Alyssa is a graduate of Leadership Manatee as well as a current member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 15.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys exploring Florida’s wild places with her husband, hunting and fishing, cultivating her garden, and testing new recipes in her kitchen.
