Meet the Board of Directors Guiding CSF Into 2026

(January 9, 2026) – WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF), the nation’s leading authority in outdoor advocacy, announced its new members of the Board of Directors (Board) for 2026. The new year brings the appointment of Beth Cross, CRO of GrabAGun; Michael Fertitta, Managing Director of JDH Capital Company; Brad Franklin, General Manager of the Government Relations, Certification and Compliance Division for Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A; Tom Mahlke, President and CEO of Mid-States Distributing LLC; The Honorable Joe Manchin, U.S. Senator (Ret.); John Paul Morris, Chief Customer Officer of Bass Pro Shops; and Charlie Potter, President and CEO of Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation.

The Board will retain the same strong leadership of CEO of Rather Outdoors, LLC Ken Eubanks as Chairman; Executive Director of Wildlife Mississippi James Cummins as Vice-Chairman; CEO of Ducks Unlimited Adam Putnam as Secretary; and Founder & CEO of Silencer Central Brandon Maddox as Treasurer.

“CSF’s unwavering commitment to protecting and advancing hunting, angling, recreational shooting, and trapping is delivering meaningful, measurable results for the sporting-conservation community,” said Board Chairman Ken Eubanks. “Momentum matters, and CSF is building it every day. Over the past year, our Board and CSF staff have remained sharply focused on achieving outcomes that safeguard access, strengthen conservation, and secure a bright future for our outdoor traditions. I look forward to carrying this momentum forward as I continue serving as Chairman in the year ahead.”

The mission of the CSF Board of Directors is to work in close partnership with the Foundation’s leadership and staff to protect and advance America’s outdoor heritage. Through ongoing engagement and strategic guidance, Board members lend their expertise across a wide range of disciplines to strengthen CSF’s policy efforts at both the federal and state levels. As fellow sportsmen and women, the Board plays a critical leadership role in supporting the Foundation’s work to safeguard conservation, access, and traditions for future generations.
