Katie Shumaker

Katie currently serves as the Senior Office Manager after returning to CSF in 2023 following her time as part of the CSF team from April 2014 – May 2019.  During her five-year hiatus from CSF, Katie relocated to Pinehurst, NC and was the Executive Assistant at a Life Plan Community for seniors that managed the care for nearly 500 residents under the Trinity Health care system. Katie is a 2011 graduate of East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) with a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. Katie, her husband and son, now reside on Katie’s family farm in Southern Maryland nestled along the Wicomico River. Katie and her family enjoy spending their time crabbing and fishing on the river each summer, and farming and hunting throughout the year.
