Mark joined the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) States Program Team in August 2020 and currently serves as the Manager, Southern States. He leads CSF’s work across CSF’s 12-state southern region while maintaining primary responsibility for Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi where he works closely with legislative sportsmen’s caucuses through the National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses (NASC), members of the Governors Sportsmen’s Caucus (GSC), state fish and wildlife agencies, and conservation partners. He also serves on the Steering Committee for the National Wild Pig Task Force, where he was elected to help strengthen collaborative efforts to address the impacts of wild pigs. Prior to joining CSF full time, Mark served as a Brad Rowse Policy Fellow during the summer of 2019.
A lifelong Mississippian, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture from Mississippi State University. While there, he was recognized as a Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Wildlife Leadership Award recipient.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors, especially chasing turkeys each spring.
